The plan detail – please note that for the showhome we turned the downstairs bedroom into a media room including a TV and library, however is it possible to include this 3rd bedroom and even a bathroom downstairs which would bring it closer to achieving a Lifemark-type certification. We also introduced a single car garage and shed for storage, however this is something that could be added later should any client wish to reduce upfront capital costs.
